I have a very limited number of places available for the morning of 26th June, Jasionka Rzeszów.
What you will see and learn
Visit the very heart of the assembly plant by going directly to Genba to see the DOJO facility
A presentation will take place to understand why the DOJO facility was set up and how it was created.
Understand how the DOJO actually operates (Q&A) and how it has impacted quality of standard work.
An opportunity to speak to the people who set up the DOJO and run the programme.
Understand the TWI and OJD (on the job development) method used at the DOJO.
A short walk through the production facility.

The registration commences at the BorWarner (Turbo plant) main entrance security building at 09:05
The tour will be completed by around 11:30.
The number of places reserved for this visit is very limited.
